1. Booking Appointments

We recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekends or special events.

Last-minute bookings are always welcome when our schedule allows — please call or book online, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments may result in a 50% service charge, as our stylists reserve time especially for you.

We understand that life happens — if there’s an emergency, please let us know, and we’ll always do our best to work with you.
3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify your service or reschedule, depending on availability.

We do this to respect the time of all our guests and ensure everyone receives the attention they deserve.
4. Payment & Gratuity

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated.
5. Clean & Safe Products

As third-generation farmers, we proudly use and retail our own clean product line, made with ingredients grown right on our farms.
