Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To respect the time of our stylists and other guests, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or appointment change. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. No-show appointments will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
